Default Wedding presnt for my god daughter/niece and her husband.

I am fairly new to making quilts, about 1 1/2 years. So I thought this one would be OK to try. It was not hard but very time consuming. There are 140 six inch blocks all different. I had got to be good friends with my seam ripper, sometimes I had take the piece apart so much I had to start over. They happy couple seamed to really like it!

It's gorgeous and so well done for a first attempt. This is what a quilt should be. Thank you for sharing.

Turned out nice - looks like you had a lot of learning opportunities with this quilt!

You did a beautiful job on this quilt and I understand why they love, who could not ? I remember when I made a sampler quilt when I was a beginner, I did as you did: just started over. One block I made 3 times and the points still are cut off. I decided to just put it into my quilt anyway, I was working with 12" blocks so I really admire your 6" blocks. You did a great job.
