A funny story, well, it's funny now... when this kit arrived I was so pleasantly surprised how nicely the print fabrics were displayed in a basket and wrapped in cellophane. After admiring this work of art and beauty, all fabrics staggered ever so slightly so you could see a peek of them all - I began removing them from the basket trying desperately to realign them into two piles: the light/mediums and the darks.

Well, word to the wise, there's a REASON the instructions say "Read All Instructions First"... cuz, if I had, I would have known that those pretty fabrics were ALREADY separated into the two groups they called for! Argh!   Oh, did I say I am color/value challenged?

Thought you might enjoy a peek at what this cute basket of fabrics looks like. By the way, this ever popular quilt kit is still available I noticed.

As the fabric comes...

After I helped myself BEFORE reading the instructions...

Thank you very much. I don't like not being able to do what normally comes so naturally to me.
