It is going to be beautiful when you get it all done. I know that the kids will love the quilt. I am trying to decide what quilt to work on next. Have been really busy with the quilt group that I have up here. Have a wonderful day and tell Ann hi from me

I will often make my first border a light color and then end with a dark border. Or maybe a pieced border with the light & a favorite darker fabric would work. I agree with you, if it is the fabric she chose I would definitely use it. I am looking forward to seeing more pictures. That is going to be a beautiful quilt!

Pretty, pretty, pretty love the blocks and love the colors. If you are concerned about the two blocks with that center fabric, could you add another block or two with the same fabric, even if it isn't in the center. I wouldn't change what you've done. These are beautiful.

Beautiful blocks. I think you will need to wait until the center is pieced before knowing whether the border fabric will work or not. You chose some beautiful fabrics, and you're doing a fantastic job on some complicated blocks.

Love the colors and that the blocks are all different. Do you have enough of the red to put a thin first border then bind the quilt in? I think having the red framing your border fabric would be beautiful. Really beautiful work!
