My mom bought this kit "Bling" for me for my birthday. There is about 15 yards of beautiful batik fabric. The problem, the company didn't send the templates along with. After contacting the company they sent paper templates with no instructions as to how to put this together. They said for another $25 I could purchase the additional instructions, but I don't think that's too fair after paying $160 for the kit. Any suggestions on a pattern to make with this material??

Pretty fabric--and no instructions   . Kits around here usually have fabric included.

That fabric is beautiful. Did it come with a picture, that you could post?

OOOH OOOH OOOH!!! You could give it to me!!! LOL

It's absolutely beautiful. Whatever you do with it will be stunning. Maybe a New York Beauty or Mariners Compass. (Those are just a couple I want to tackle someday)

That's awesome. It looks like they put strips together and cut them on a 45 degree angle. WOW! I can see why you bought the kit. BEAUTIFUL. There's just something about batiks that makes my heart flutter. LOL :) :) :)

Gorgeous fabrics!! I don't understand how they can sell a kit without instructions. If it's only fabric, wouldn't it just be a fabric bundle or something like that. I would definitely complain. That's alot of money for no instructions. I hope you find a great pattern to show off that fabric!

Here's a picture of the pattern - diamonds inside of diamonds, not done with strips as the other one suggests.
