How about a leaf pattern.
If the flower isn't too big it might work.
Can you try the design on a scrap block of these fabrics to
see what the flower design might look like.

Flowers are elegant, but my thinking is that feathers would be beautiful. (Love the bed, too!)

I've quilted these with two border designs and alternated them across the quilt top on the diagonal.

Feathers in the white diagonals and straight lines int the other area on an angle. Check a Judy Martin book. She shows fabulous quilting.
