The skirts are made from old blue jeans. Actually the one to wear would be the one with all the pockets. The pocket at the bottom with the button, that is for money and credit cards. Even a can of pop fits nicely in the bottom back pocket. I will be a white glove lady at the Madison Expo that is going on right now. So I can't easily carry a purse.

I do have a whole wardrobe of these from solids to embroidered to applique.

AND WHAT DO YOU TELL TIME ON AT A QUILT EXPO, a patchwork watch of course

I will be there tomorrow. I will try to say hello. :) I made myself a purse just for the expo. Sorry I can't post a pic right now though.
    See you soon!

Your watch band is so cool. Did you make that up? I have a watch head with scissors for the minute and hour hands and have always wanted to make a band.

I have attended the Sewing Expo in Puyallup, WA. It is so fun. Watching what people are wearing is like looking at your favorite sewing/craft/needle work magazines in living/walking color. Enjoy!

Have a great time! Wish I could come down, but it's just not in the budget.

Your skirts are wonderful, and clever.

I assume that you have very comfortable shoes as well?
