I am, really use to be, a cross stitcher too. Your work is lovely! I have some I haven't framed & am thinking, quilt around them now & make wall hangings! So time will tell! I mainly quilt now, but have to much lovely stash in this to just get rid of, lol. I try & dig something out now & then & do a bit of it too, but quilting is my main thing now...

Those are just gorgeous!!! I used to needlepoint and did some cross stitch but can't do it anymore because of arthritis. Now I cross stitch on the embroidery machine.

Beautiful work! I used to x-stitch too. I quit using the hoop and started rolling the fabric and holding it in my left hand. It was amazing how much quicker it was! I don't do it now- started quilting AND I was having trouble reading those small patterns.

Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so impressed. My husband has done a lot of Cross Stitch so I have a good idea of how much time you have put into this work. Only those of us who do hand work and quilting can appreciate the time you spent.

Beautiful cross-stitching! As with quilts I always have several cross-stitch projects in the works. I'm currently working on 3 kittens in a wicker basket surrounded by flowers.

WOW, your counted cross stitch work is
beautiful. I too, used to do the counted
cross stitch work and have finished
many of the Santas that you have. It
is a fun/relaxing hobby. Good work.
