I call it "Good Old Days" because that's what the fabric reminded me of, for some reason. It's for my dear aunt who lives next door to my daddy. We lost daddy suddenly a couple of weeks ago, and she was always checking in on him when he was living there. I had planned this quilt as a Christmas gift for her and finally finished it -- about time!

I pieced it, and pvquilter of this board did the quilting.

What a beautiful gift. It does have an "good ole days" feel :-) I am sorry about your Dad's passing. I hope working on this quilt helped with your own healing as well. (I lost my DFinlw in March and am finishing up a quilt for my step daughter made with several of his shirts and other materials that related to him. I know it has helped me....)

Very pretty quilt... I would call this quilt a "HAPPY" quilt. Nice job!
