    It looks like a Rail Fence. It's very pretty with its soft colors.

    It has lots of names one of which is streak of lightning.

    I would call it streak of lightning, too, but I guess that could be considered a variation of rail fence.

    thanks every one! when I take a cat nap, I curl up under it - it is nice and soft and squishy and warm :) she hand quilted it. She hand quilted everything and this quilt has definitely been well loved. My Mother didn't believe in making quilts and not using them.
