Default Whew...Now I am getting to the fun part...

Having only been primarily a baby quilt producer, I got spunky and bought this kit at Houston last year. My daughter was married back in Sept of '11 and loves log cabins. So I am working on this for her and DSIL wedding quilt. Oh my! all the little pieces and organization is truly needed. Discovered many things so far.....my 1/4 is all dependent on the music I am listening to, don't cut your strips while sitting down, they have a tendency to be about 1/4 over which relates to the former problem ( blame it on the music)...and starch is my best friend. Ready to start putting it together....will post again before it goes to the LAQ. Thanks for looking.

This is beautiful! I can't wait to see how you are going to quilt it when finished.

So funny and true! The piecing of the quilt is my favorite phase. It looks stunning.
