    Default Tee Shirt Quilts

I made each of my daughter's Tshirt quilts when they graduated HS (now the oldest is graduating college this May!)

Thanks! I used batik 2 1/2 inch strips to frame the t-shirt blocks. My oldest now wants one with her college tees but I want to do it a bit different, still deciding

Love your tee shirt quilts. Your daughters have got to love those. Back in 2004 our Local Quilt Shop had an all day event that featured different classes you could sign up for during the day & one was a tee shirt quilt class by Winnie Fleming. Her tee shirts was so unusual as she used "filler blocks" between the shirt logos. To this day I still have her sheets that she handed out in the class. Now I looked online & found this information that might give you some ideas & help if you wanted to so something similar for your next quilt. She brought the red/white/black quilt to the class & it was gorgeous.

Both are beautiful, and wonderful keepsakes for your children.
