I was inspired by the thread about the crumb blocks thats why :D :shock:

These were the scraps that were given to me by one of our older guild members who was going back to the U.K. for the summer who had a clear out before she went.........soooooo look what I have been doing with them :D :D

Very dazzling in the spanish sun!! I think I will make it into a play quilt for my Great nephew who is coming up to one!!

I see why you were up 'till 3 AM. The colors are beautifully bright and cheerful. Aren't you lucky to have been the recipient of them. Nice work.......keep on truckin'. Can't wait to see the finished product.

I love your crumb blocks. Are you going to put a border around each block? I think that it would look really good with a solid color outlining each of those bright blocks. Don't forget to show us the finished quilt.

Hey...you got great crumbs there Izy :D I like what you're doing with them. That's similar to what I'm doing, only my blocks are diamond instead of square. Same process though. It's a great way to use up the little bits of scrap. Can't wait to see this one finished.
