The pink quilt with the peace signs was my Downey Kit-love the fabric, even the backing. The beige quilt with dogs was made from my fabric.
    Thanks for looking.

Thanks everyone-just noticed I'm holding the pink one upside down LOL.

Dglvr: The dog blocks are 6 inch squares, fussy-cut. I never realized how much fabric is wasted when you do that.

The fabric they sent wasn't great to work with-the edges frayed a lot; some pieces I had to topstitch after piecing but it's still a fun cause to work with.

They are both cute. I love them both, but I love the way you added the bandana as a border in the dog quilt!

Hi Jan- Your quilts are both great lookin and will bring lots of comfort to kids in hospital.

i know Linda, who runs Quilts for Kids, and she is a terrific person who really appreciates how much time and effort it takes to make a quilt. They are pushing for 10,000 quilts to be delivered to hospitalized kids thru the Downy promotion and I think they are getting very close to goal.

Bless you for helping a child in need.

Thanks for the info. Also thanks for the heads up on the fabric.
I do have that so I'll be careful. I wanna go make one now.
Its sooo cute. You can keep the leftovers from the fussy cutting for appliques.
