The only place I could find the material was at Wal Mart. I did not look on line thou. I like to feel and touch. Lol. Yes I embroidered the letters on. I used two layers of batting for the letters. Thank you for your comments.

I used 6 1/2 in blocks. It is 36 x 54. I did a fussy cut on the Winnie the Pooh blocks.

cmierley, thanks for the info! I found some at fabric.com so may go with them. I forgot to ask how much it took...would 1 yard be enough? I don't have an embroidery machine but there are some kind of straight line designs in my Necchi cams that I might be able to use to make the letters. Thanks again!

I bought 1 1/2 yards and I just had enough. I fussy cut.
