This is my quilt/as/you/go crazy quilt.....I used up alot of scraps and did a little embroidery. The blue one is a quilt I made taking Nancy Chongs class on hawaiian applique. She has a web site pacificquilts.com and her work is beautiful. Really enjoyed her. Hope you enjoy seeing them

I love how you have used the very narrow sashing on the crazy blocks, it really sets them off...your Hawaiian applique is just perfect :D

the narrow sashing is actually the strip that makes it "quilt as you go". it connects the two blocks and then a strip on the back is hand sewn down. so simple.
