Our Group, "The Vinueala Sew and Sews" meet every Tuesday and we now number around 35 members.

All very different, they crochet, knit, lace make, sew in crewl work and also in cross stitch and ofcourse make quilts.

    I hope you enjoy it.

Thanks everyone for your kind comments I will pass those along.

The Path does have a pattern and you can buy the book which has some wonderful things in it. Called "Quilting with Japanese Fabrics", by Kitty Pippen. It has some beautiful patterns and sashiko work in it. Bought mine on Amazon...a used one its great.

Gai, thank you my friend, that was nice.

Terri, yes you will get to meet Helen. You know you have to be here on a Tuesday, so you have to get your timing right. I will ask her to bring in some of her work for you to get a good look.

We have a website that you can all look at.
    Here it is : www.vinuelasewandsews.eu

Elle, your group does lovely work. I like to see all the diverse things people are working on. The problem is, I want to try it, and I want to be as good as they are right now, I don't want to have all that experience before I get good at the art. Thanks for sharing the beautiful pieces.

Love the Sashiko work. And I love how she used it on not-strictly Japanese motifs.

And the gold handwork - I'm speechless.
