This is a picture of the latest finished quilt, before it was finished. It is now on the bed in the quest room. If I can find where my husband put the camcorder (we have way different storage idea!! LOL), I will try to get a new picture of it.

The picture on the bottom is my newest granddaughter. If you look closely, the quilt she is sitting is the first one I made for her. Didn't get any really good pics of it because it was touch and go for her from birth to when she was about 3 months old. She is doing fantastic now though. A real miracle baby.

I think that your quilt is adorable. I never thought of using that pattern for a baby but it seems perfect. Your granddaughter is so precious.

Yes it is Delectable Mountains from Eleanor Burns. It was not hard to do at all. I cut it all out one day, sewed it together the next and had it in the hoop that evening quilting. I have done several of the quilt in a day quilts and they are all easy.

Your granddaughter is gorgeous, and she looks very happy to be sitting on her very own quilt. :D
Your quilt is lovely. I like the bright colors.

I have her Grandmother's Garden Quilt and her Magic Vine Quilt books. I drool over them every so often. I tell my husband that ONE Day when HE retires, I will have time to make them.
