    Oh, I love this!!! I have a bundle of batik fat quarters I bought in Hawaii about 7 years ago. This would be perfect. Might have to borrow your idea.

    This is a great quilt! It's a very good way to use up batik scraps, since I think most batiks go with other batiks. Your sister is going to be very happy!
