We woke up to it snowing here this morning in the Blue Mountains of eastern Oregon. So. Because I was cold, and still am, all these hours later, I pulled out a quilt top thats been sitting idle for a few months, and decided to just bite the bullet, and hand tie it, since I have no funds to have it machine quilted. Nor do I have any funds to do the other beautiful one I made for a friend, which needs to be machine quilted, because to me, its beautiful log cabin variation.. Oh well. So, today.. pulled my floor frame out of the box, set it up, and here is how I am staying warm today..by covering my feet with this quilt ..

its one of JoAnn's pvc type frames.. I bought it about 3 years ago online, since we have no store closer than 3 hours away.. Its not hard to set up, though the instructions are pretty lame to do it.. but it does it's job, and to me thats all I care about.

quilt done at the same time, a great ideal :D
