I am just amazed at how precise you are able to get those blocks. They are so tiny!

I hope you don't find me bold to tell you this but, I was told a long time ago not to use steam while pressing quilt blocks, the bias likes to act up and grow. I am only telling ou this so you can save your little fingers next time. Mary ellen's best press is a joy to use too.

I don't find you bold to pass on information that you believe is something to think about, I am not sure why I like stream. I just do, I don't have a lot of problem with the bias. I will maybe try the next set of blocks without stream and see what happens.

Anyone can be as bold as they like with me, even if they don't like it, please feel free to tell me, this quilt is not done for the normal reasons. When it is done I am thinking of telling a story about it. so if you want to question my color choice or style or block selection, go ahead, it would be nice to hear some if it as well.

I find the more accurate that I am to start, it is easy to carry it on through the project, I have good days and bad days of course, must have been a good day when I did more of that block.

Here is the next block and now most of you will get where it is going, and can possibly pick out the other blocks that I am going to be doing.

I missed the in between picture on this one. It went faster than the last one. After 6 weeks of not doing it I guess it took me a bit to warm up. Though I still get sidetracked quiet easily, and take a few more breaks than usual. 2 more blocks now and I will be ready to figure out how it will go together.

A miniature quilt, way to go. I saw a lady on Simply that does miniature quilts. Guess what, it takes just as long to do the miniature quilts as it does the larger one.....................so she said. Happy quilting. It's adorable.

here we go again, with another 120 little itty bittys. I just got them pressed, it was a busy day yesterday. so didn't get much done, jsut had them sewn together. it usually goes faster after that. Though someone might want to do a piece count when I am done, I did and nearly fell off of my chair.
