I used design blocks that I had purchased from Sharon Schamber. I went to Michaels Crafts and bought angel wings (a decoration) and scanned them into my Art and Stitch software. I digitized the wings and the halo and saved the design. The top fabric I bought from Joanns. Not exactly sure of the content, just liked it. I used Hobbs 80/20 batting, it gave just enough loft but not to much to really bury the stitching. I also used Isacord thread on the top and Invisifil thread in the bobbin.
