You must see this quilt- by Harriet

This is for my granddaughter. I saw this pattern and adapted my own patterns to make this. It is on satin with a cotton back. I will be giving this to her next week and photographing her on it. The doll is only a visual aide. I am so pleased with the way this came out!!!! I will post photos of the actual baby on her quilt when developed.

Beautiful! Can you offer up any of the technical details, such as batting used and thread used. Is this a digitized pattern you adapted? How different was it working on satin?

That is stunning and an heirloom for sure. You motivate me to do another whole cloth quilt - perhaps after Christmas. Thanks so much for sharing and motivating. I look forward to seeing your granddaughter enjoying your work of love.
