I bought the book - then discovered that it is what I had been doing during boring meetings all of my working life! Haven't done it on fabric yet. It does calm my mind.

These are just two of my first three. I used a micron 01 black pen and to color the fingers I used "Inktense" pencils by Derwent...also, instead of water with the Inktense pencils, I used clear, no color added aloe gel...

honey, i AM zen. well 80% so far. ink gets pricey so i saving up the $ for the remainin tats needed for 100%

go to youtube and look up zentangle and zendoodle...neat stuff...easy tooo

i used to do that all over my clothes and shoes and backpacks back in the mid-nineties and boy did my mom ever flip out on me. now it's an art? hehe....i'm sending her a link.

FOFLMBO....My daughter draws on herself, her jeans, paper, assignments, canvas, shoes, etc....Never can see a reason to flip out, even though some of her friends parents aren't too sure what to make of it....
