Hi, Everyone ~ I've been quilting for about 8 years, and live summers in Wisconsin, and winters in Arizona. Lots of quilting buddies in both places :-) My quilts are pretty traditional, but I rarely work from patterns. A love of wool work and embroidery (both hand and machine) often brings those elements into my quilts. My mom introduced me to quilting after I retired, and I enjoy sewing with her. My mom, sister and a very dear friend will be attending a Ricky Tims/Alex Anderson seminar in Eau Claire, WI in May - can hardly wait for that! I'm not much for posting, but like the idea of a community of quilters to bounce questions off of and learn from. I look forward to being part of this forum.
