I thought when I ordered this that I could do without it - but I wanted it and talked myself into ordering it online.

The company should honor this. They can clearly see it hasn't been taken out of the packaging.

Make sure to send them this picture...and if they do not send you a new one free of charge and shipping let us all know... its so important to be able to trust an online site...never know what to expect.
