Hi, I'm Patti from Rochester, Mi. currently in winter home in Fl. I'm not very experienced in quilting but I have made 2 Latte quilts and that was a challenge. They are beautiful. I have a grandson who will be a freshman at DePauw (?) near Chicago this fall. I would like to make him a quilt for graduation and don't know where to start. Any suggestions? Thank you so much,.

If your grandson was into sports and he saved all of his shirts, you can make a quilt out of them, back it with fleece and it makes a great warm quilt for those winter months and cold dorm rooms.
