I was worried there wouldn't be enough contrast for movement. I was worried it'd just look like a mess because of the similar hues. (I went through this worry with floral log cabin squares too and tried to remind myself of that.) BUT adding contrast diminished the spring/summer feel I wanted, so I stuck to my idea and I'M SO GLAD I DID!!! I can't tell you how much I love how this is coming!!! I can't stop smiling!! See: :-D :-D :-D 8-) :D 8-) :D :-D :-D
Back to work tomorrow, but it's supposed to rain and be cold and windy, so I'll be in the quilting room rather than working horses... so maybe more will get done this week! Oh boy oh boy oh boy!!!!!!!!! :D 8-) :D 8-) |
