I have Yahoo Mail,anyone know why my e-mail from the board is going to Spam.It just started on the 21st.

you have to add the list email address to your safe sender list or your contacts list. then the system will know that it is not spam.

I believe QB changed e-mail provider. You need to add their new e-mail address to you o.k. mail. I can do that by right clicking on the item in my "junk mail" folder and clicking on the option to allow mail from that source.

Since you have yahoo all you have to do is open the email and click on not spam and it will start going into your inbox.

I'm not getting it either, have checked spam and it's not there. Have sent email and no response. Added the new address to my list.

It should work because that's what I did and now it comes in my inbox.

My emailed newsletters are not coming through since March 21st and I blamed it on my free verison of AVG; which may not be the reason. I have emailed Admin almost every day, and still no luck yet. May be when they reset everything this Tuesday, we will be able to get their email again.

Could your choice of number of deliveries have gotten changed? You may want to check and see since there are more of you that have been having a problem since the 21st. That's what I would do. :oops:
