My name is Virginia and I'm in love with quilting. i live in SE Louisiana, have 1 husband, 2 children, and 3 grandchildren. I read, think, and dream about quilts in far greater numbes than i actually finish. My sister is a great quilter and she inspires me---as you all do!! I've been reading the forum for a few weeks and I'm not sure I'm anywhere close to your level of competancy. I do enjoy the give and take of the forum, so here I am.

You will find lots of wonderful friendly people on here. Please post some pics of your quilts or works in progress. The pics are what helps to keep me inspired. I'm fairly new to quilting and like you I have lots of dream quilts that I will probably never get around to making but I have so much fun seeing everyone else's creations. I have currently only made 1 queen size, 2 baby quilts and am in the process of making 2 more queen size quilts.
