Here's another fun pin cushion my DGD bought today at a craft store. I'm sure the material caught her eye as she loves anything with peace signs. It's made with elastic and a juice bottle cap, then the fabric and stuffing are glued on to the inside of the cap. She's nine and learning to sew with grandma. Already she's into notions and will be a quilter soon!
