I have found panels at Wal-Mart...
But also some really nice ones at Fabric.com and some of the other online fabric stores. They have some really surprising ones. |
A member posted last week about Beverlys.com (a new to me site). They have a huge selection of panels.
http://www.beverlys.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=panel It's a slightly quirky website so be patient. |

I just bought some cute Halloween panels at fabric.com. Usually I find them on eBay, though. |
Fabric.com is usually where I get mine.
