Good Evening Every1,

I hope that all is well with you & your families. I hope every1 had a safe & fun 4th of July. I am thinking about making myself a "BIG BOARD" to go over my ironing board. Are they easy to make :?: :?: Or would it be better to buy one already made :?: :?: Please, any help, suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to every1 in advance for your help.

Have a blessed day.

My husband made one for me. Works great. Made out of plywood.

Couldn't be simpler - when you consider the cost of buying one!

I also am in the midst of making one myself. I have bought the board ($8.00) and had it cut for free at lowes. I have my batting and I purchased flannel on sale at JoAnn's to cover it. Can't wait until it is finished. Anyway, if you can, I'd make it yourself. Good Luck!

DH made mine and then made two more for my quilting buddies. He made all three for under $12. My friends stapled the batting and fabric to the board themselves. They think he is a prince!
