I usually quilt during the daytime and can't seem to quilt at night. When do you like to quilt the best? :?: :?: :?:
|
I've done it both times, usually depends if I'm on a deadline to finish a quilt.
|
Daytime for sure:)
|
I do both as time permits.

Any time is best. I've been known to leap out of bed at 5:30 because I figured out a quilting design dilemna in my sleep. I've also been known to prod myself to do one more block or join one more row at 10:00 p.m. On the weekends, I'll be in and out of the sewing room all day.
But the routine that I am in right now is about an hour in the morning and an hour or two after dinner. |
Anytime I can. I usually am up early and go to bed late. So when I am finished with my regular work I can go as long as I need. BrendaK

Usually during the day; yet anytime I have a chance and the urge to be creative is a better answer.
|
During the school year I quilt in the morning after my son leaves for school
Now, during the summer vacation, I find the best time to be right after supper - usually late into the evening. |
Mostly during the day but sometimes during the night if I really want to get something finished quick.

Some things I can't see well at night, like black thread on black fabric, so that is day time only sewing :D:D:D
