I will tell you's our son is home with his wife and daughter. There living in a town about a 1/2 from Muscatine, called Riverside. He will be home for a week, and then head to Nebraska, for 2 week's of training. And then return to home. Anyhow, there is the article that was put in the hometown journal, of the quilt, and other info. I will post a couple pictures of our son, and his family in front of the quilt later on. Were going to drive there sometime this morning. Everyone take care, and happy quilting. And WELCOME to the new member's.

Here's a link to the article.

This is wonderful. I really enjoyed reading the article in your paper and the quilt is just amazing.I am so glad for you that your son is home safe. He must be very happy with the quilt you made for him. I grew up an Air Force dependent.. I always hated when my dad had to go away for a period of time. Enjoy his homecoming.
