I had an instructor that would always show us a funny video after a grueling test to give us time to decompress from the stress. He showed this one and everyone was laughing so hard through out the whole thing! I keep it in my favorites so if I'm having a bad time, I'll play it and relieve a little of my worries. And yes, I am of the age that I could relate to every dance in this video!!!!

He forgot to include my DH favorite dance...Stand in the middle of the floor and shift from one foot to the other while clicking fingers :(
