When I finished the 3-D pinwheel baby quilt, my DH said, "Why are you making a baby quilt. We are not going to have any more babies in this family." About 3 days later, our son called and said "Guess what! We are going to get more help with our taxes." I knew immediately what their news was. DH had no clue and said, "How?" So now I have a recipient for the pinwheel quilt. The white lady with black rose was inspired by a picture on a calendar. The star spin was a way for me to use some of the red, white, and black fabirc I just bought. Hope you like them. They were all fmq.
