I was a bit disapointed with my first 4patch posie and wanted to know how one with kaffe fassett fabric would look like.
I was advised against it as the prints are too much tone in tone. BUT all the prints are available in different colors and so I had to try it that way.
Its tulip mania and I also have the pastel and the natural and will try some sashing with those two.
Kind of like it so far

Elise, it looks pretty neat!! Not exactly a 4 patch posie, but I like it anyway!! Very bright and pretty colors. Hope you and your family are well!!

I think with the right sashing this one will be outstanding!

Great idea! Try them out with different colours of sashing to see what you like best. I am thinking black, but something else might work better.

Of course its four patch posie!  Four repeats on top of each other cut in squares......4pp the swiss way!? I think in one color it really would be dull.

I love your fabrics. It will need sashing - you may want to take them to the fabric store and audition various fabrics - black would certainly make them pop, but then, so might a double fabric sashing.

Have fun with whatever you decide, I am sure it will be beautiful.

I love the fabric. But agree you will need sashing.

That's beautiful! Love the way you used a block of each color in the same part of the pattern instead of doing it all four of the same color in each block. Gives a unique twist to the pattern.

Wonder if there's a yellow that would coordinate for the sashing...

I really like your experiment! Did you try different arrangements of the color orders? I think I might do something similar with some panels.
