Try http://jhittlesewing.com for the basic stuff we all use. They have some very good buys and also have weekly specials that offer even lower prices on the basics.

They aren't fancy, packages are obviously from items that they purchased and are recycling; but your purchases are well protected. Shipping time is very good also. I've purchased quite a number of things over the past year and have never been disappointed.

I use them quit often. Never been unhappy.

I've used them too and have also started using http://www.shoppersrule.com too. Shoppersrule will let you quote a price for many of their products so I search the internet for the lowest price for an item and usually quote them 10-20% lower than that price. I have not had a price turned down yet. For example, I have ordered specialty rulers from them and have quoted 50-60% off the retail price/or a percentage off of the average internet prices and gotten them for little to nothing.

My only complaint on Jhittle site is that they need a better search engine - sometimes very hard to find a certain item through their catalog index. But overall, both of these sites have been very good to work with so far for my sewing needs. I've been a happy customer. So check them out and save a few more dollars for those rising fabric costs!

I like jhittle as well. I have bought many items from them. I also noticed that they seem to have the best price for the Accuquilt dies.

Thanks for the info. I found items on there that I can not find at my local Joann Fabrics store. Prices are very reasonable. Great tip!

I agree that it is hard to locate items on the jhittle site. If you know exactly what you are looking for then you're okay, but if you are looking for a product that you've not used before it can be a hassle finding it. Still and all I like their prices. Will definitely check out shopperrule, thanks for the info.

Thanks for the info. I get their newsletter, but had not ordered as of yet. You have encouraged me.
