Hello everyone, I am fairly new to quilting, but am eager to learn more. I am a college student and work full time, so I don't have much spare time, but when I do I am quilting! I am also very outdoorsy- hiking, fishing, you name it.

I have been enjoying looking at everyone's photos of their projects (so many talented people here!)and reading about tips, techniques, and patterns. I'm happy to be joining the Quilting Board!

Welcome from MICH. My sister used to live in Carlsbad, NM - we visited her and enjoyed a wonderful tour of most of the state in a 10 day vacation. Only thing that bothered me (and made me homesick) NO green trees! Lovely place to visit though.
