My df and I are planning on attending as my birthday gala thing...doing what I dream about seeing at a big quilt show. Mmm, maybe I need more material?? Ideas?? Inspiration?? Hope to meet others from QB there.

My daughter lives in Polk City and I was trying to talk her into going since I cant. lol..

I'll be there on Sat...going on a bus with guild members from Cedar Rapids, IA.

Two of my friends and I are going Wednesday and leave Friday afternoon. We are also attending some of the lectures. We're staying in Clive at the Best Western, anyone else staying there?

I'm going! I only live about 40 miles away, so this is a definite must see. My friends and I are going on Saturday since we work during the week. Of course that will probably be the busiest day! I've gone the last 2 years, and it is fun!!

I'll be there on the 28 -30...with three of my friends. We will be staying at the Holiday Inn. We are so looking forward to it. The other three have never been to a large show. I went to Paduka (sp) several years ago and loved it.
We are all from central Ill. To bad there is no place to sign in if a QB member with a place to meet up. Don't know what we will be wearing as of yet. I wanted to make bucket hats for everyone but still have a large quilt to finish before I leave....Although the hat idea is still bouncing around in my little skull.
Hope to meet some of the QB members.

I'll be there. I'm also showing 3 quilts in the Des Moines Area show. Live over an hour away, but, plan on going 2 days. Can't wait. It'd be awesome to meet some fellow QB members there:)

I live 2+ hours away, but I'm planning on going on either Friday (if I can get off work) or Saturday. I've never been to a big quilting show, just local ones, so I'm looking forward to it.
