Well we met up for lunch at the Cheesecake factory and 10 made it. It was so nice to meet the quilters in this area.Of course my camera did not work when I got there but I know pictures were takes so maybe someone can post their pictures of our lunch.We are planning another get together around the end of October because of vacations so keep that in mind.

Aww wish I could have come :-( . Fiance' said I could have flew down, but time was not on my side with harvest coming and stuff...oh well. Was in Vegas a couple of years ago and went on the fabric tour can't remember what it was called, but it was fun....

I had a great time. It was nice to meet other Vegas quilters and get some quilting tips from them - some are far more experienced than I at quilting. Looking forward to the October get together. Thank you again Sandy for putting this luncheon together.

Another really fun thing to do is the shop hop. We have lost so many quilt shops but there are still some good ones left.

The shop hop is Thurs Nov 11th Fri Nov 12th and Sat Nov 13th.Maybe we can get a group together to go.If you are interested what day would be good for you.

I tried but could not figure out how to post pictures on this topic. So, I created a new topic and it should post tomorrow but it has both the pictures. Oh and everyone looks beautiful in both pictures, so I posted them both.
I will be hiding in doors today, Las Vegas is finally heating up and hitting record temps.
