:D I tell anybody that when the topic comes up! Our little village is on the border of two counties (which should NEVER happen!) and we have one red light. It is debatable whether or not we really need it. If I had my druthers, I would probably live in a ghost town in the Old West and really own a horse and a wagon to carry my goods to and from the general store! I find sewing and art nerds to be the most interesting people, and I play in it whenever I can.

Welcome from Louisiana:) I too live in nowhere's ville, LA
the closest red light is 25 miles away. Love it:) |
How nice! Not a lot of traffic to deal with! Thank you for your welcome!

Hi,welcome from Kentucky.I;ll send you some of our stop lights, our town is over run with them

Good for you finding a constructive "way out of your one horse town" through quilting and art.
Those of us who live in heavy populated areas envy your absence of traffic problems, we have traffic jams, toll roads, toll bridges and toll tunnels, red lights, yellow lights that have hidden cameras (camera catches you going through the yellow and you get a traffic ticket in the mail), flashing lights, jug handles, stop signs, no turn signs, right turns only, exit on the right only, exit on the left only, road closed signs that send you on alternate routes that get you lost, etc. |
Welcome from the middle of a corn field Illinois. No stop lights here, and I'm jealous that your town has a horse.
