For one of my best friend's daughter who graduated HS this year. I'm not handing it over until she makes a quilt for her son though. I encourage fairness and equality with the quilt giving.

That's cute. It would drive me crazy to have the quilt done and not be able to give it to her or at least have a date. I'm like a little kid, I would have to say "come over and see the quilt I made you that you can't have til your mom is done making your brothers".....I'd be in BIG trouble!
