Hi everyone!

I am thinking of starting an esty store and I was wondering how you all feel about pay pal? Do I need a separate account just for that? I have read some bad feed back and I am not sure I want to go there. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for your help.
Amy

I don't know, but would also be interested in what folks say.

I've had a PayPal account for my business for about 6 or 7 years now and have never had a problem. I give people the option of personal check or PayPal and I love it when they pick PayPal.

I never used it for a business, but, I love to use PP when I order something online.

Have used PayPal on EBay since 1999, and over 1400 sales thus far with
no problem. Very easy to use, most people pay immediately, and you can
use your credit balance to make purchases or have it transferred to your
bank, send $$ to others, etc .

I love it. Can pay on-line when ordering or buying sometime and processing the order can begin immediately. I've used it for 5? yrs without any problem. Being alittle skeptical at first, I set up a separate chk'g acc't for it, so there'd be no direct access to my main chk'g acc't.

Same here. Love it for purchases. No hassle with checks. ;-)

Unfortunately, I am probably the one-in-a-million that had trouble with paypal. I used them for over 15 years with ebay and often had trouble just getting into my paypal account and frequently had to telephone paypal to get funds transfered to my bank.
Now I have money in my paypal account that I can't get. I have started a new business and should use paypal again but am hesitant.

I have both bought and sold on Ebay, and purchased things on lots of other places and I LOVE it. I have sent money to my kids as well. I think one of the best parts is being able to buy my postage there. No more waiting in lines at the post office, ever.
