Passed on a $7.50 PVC pipe 'quilting frame' at Salvation Army today. All the pipe pieces, elbows, etc in a large box - no directions.
How would it be used? Is it just for hand-quilting or tying? Can it be set up somehow for machine quilting w/ my Singer, Babylock or old Kenmore? Does it require a special table or machine?
Thanks for any info you can share - may return to see if it is still there if someone tells me how I could use it.

Can be used for both hand quilting or tying quilts. By the way the Fabricland stores in Canada sell those for $180.00 !!!!!

My friend, a handquilter & tie-er, had a Q-snap frame that she used. It was a bugger to put together because she lost the directions but we did figure it out. She used it quite often.

The QSnap floor frame is not inexpensive. If you don't hand quilt or tie, it's great for basting a quilt. It keeps the layers very smooth and tight.
