Hi. I've been reading the board for a while, have been quilting for just over a year now but have been a sewer for a long time. About two years ago I went to a quilt shop and the owner asked me if I was a quilter. I said "no". She said the correct answer should be "not yet".
I started quilting when my daughter asked me to sew signal flags for her husband. After that, it seemed an easy transition but boy, did I have a lot to learn! And I still have a lot to learn!
The people on this board all seem so very nice. I'm looking forward to learning a lot and having a good time here.
