Just finished piecing GD's quilt that she requested while visiting this summer. First thing I have done in a long time and need to get it quilted for her Christmas present. She is 9 and requested black and white but I told her Gramma doesn't do black and white so be prepared for some added color. This is the final product. I had to hang it sideways to get the whole thing in. Ann in TN

That really looks great! The blue really sets it off.
DD requested a B&W quilt several years ago. I wasn't thrilled but did it anyway. It did look nice finished, but still not my favorite colors to work with. |
The border feels like it is in motion. I'd love to see the top quilted. That looks like it could be fun to quilt.
