Does anyone know the best table top sewing machine with the longest arm?

a domestic standard machine with a DEEP throat space would be one of the Juki's I believe!

I love my Janome Horizon with its 11" x 4.7" throat space. It has more stitches than you'll ever use, a knee lifter, and just about every foot imaginable. It also comes with an acrylic extension table. It has a built in walking foot (Accufeed)
Basically, it's very intuitive to use, and it performs very well.

The longest arm goes to the Bernina 830. It also comes with the longest price tag:>

I have a Tin Lizzie 18 sit down machine. The opening is 18 inches. The machine is used for quilting tops, not for sewing.

The Babylock Ellisimo has an 18" throat. The downside is that there isn't a stitch regulator made for it.

The Ellisimo has a 10" from the needle. I think you may have made a typo.

I have a Juki TL98e. I think it has a 9 inch throat, which doesn't seem like much, but it's plenty. I was quilting the other day and realized that I had 75% of the queen sized quilt under the harp, and still didn't have any problem and I'm a newbie. For the money, I'd stick with 9-10 inch throat. My used Juki was $400 but it came with a bunch of extra stuff. Personally, I just wouldn't spend much more than that, but YMMV
