I don't know if this will work for you but scjoan posted a swirling hexagon site this week. It was at http://theparfaitcafe.com/?p=401/ I believe I have the address correct but if not search her original post that has a direct link. It is a really cool design and the site has a couple of other intriguing patterns too.

just had to add this- gorgeous embroidered hex's. http://gipsyquilt.blogspot.com/search/label/BeeQuilt also http://www.ozquilts.com.au/framed-he...et-p19374.html this one has info on size of hex and backing. I think I did mine 1 inch larger so the folding frame would only be 1/4 inch.
