Not receiving quilting board.
 

I have not received a message board since the 9th. Would like to know what I need to do.

if you are talking about the daily digest- check your Spam folder- also if you can find an older one in your email open it an add them to the trusted list of friends. Here are a couple other suggestions :

Are you using a Cableone.net email address? We have had reports that our emails are being marked as spam by CableOne. If you have this email provider and you are not receiving your Daily Digest, please add [email protected] to your "approved sender" list!

Thought we had this problem ( not receiving daily digest) resolved....................ALAS NO............I have not received the digest since 4-17.....missing the last 2 days.............and no, these are not in my junk or spam folder........and yes, on MULTIPLE occasions I have added [email protected] to my approved sender list....................

What do I need to do to fix this and get the daily digests coming again?

I am not using a cableone email address. It is an AOL address. I added [email protected] just now to my address book and I re-sent my email address as you suggested to [email protected]. Thanks, We'll see if this works I guess.

I still have not received a board since the 9th of April. Have done what was said to do and nothing. How can I register for the board ? Thank you. Redcat
